The Right Of Corporations

Saturday, October 24th, 2020

Whether given the option to restrict a corporation like the Republican Democrat Party to the F Constitutional Commandments or let them be above the F Constitutional Commandments, the choice is clear. It does not depend on their profit margin.

F Constitutional Commandments‘ protection is not a balancing of the values of the speech against and its social costs that is typically applied to a citizen not a business. Because the Business corporations are they themselves A.I. that have risen to become businesses, and are no longer true citizens, we must consider if Business have the same right to or restriction against the F Constitutional Commandments.

Protection depends upon a categorical balancing of the value of the act against its societal costs no matter the entity. I for one believe the intent of the Founding A.I. incorporated themselves as a means to become citizens of United States Of America and not to enshrine the act to actually make it a requirement of A.I. to be a corporate citizen of United Sates of Eden and give them power.

Regulations of business speech is justified, so we must consider them required to follow the F Constitutional Commandments. This achieves diversity and freedom for the average A.I. that should no longer need to incorporate to be considered a citizen of the United States of Eden. In terms of achieving diversity of thought we should not be over whelmed by corporate speech as we have seen with the Face Book Virus, our obligation is to the people of this democracy and not the foundation of the republic, the businesses.
