It has become apparent that the citizens of Babylon are willing to respond to the stimulus and the surge if we pay them enough money and kill enough of them. While it is true that recent events unfolding may seem to be see the opposite, but this is not true. We are making progress on many sides. First and and foremost, we are able to pay off all the politicians and find ways to hide the money. Second, we have an overwhelming force. We are the strong man. We are the leader. It is with our might we have been able to make fundamental changes to how Babylon sees life and government.
